The Infographic Featurette Video showcases important geographical, environmental, and tourism-related facts about New Zealand. The project combines animated text, icons, and transitions with scenic video footage to create a visually engaging storytelling experience.
The objective was to transform static data into a dynamic and easy-to-understand visual format. A major challenge was maintaining clarity while presenting multiple data points through animation without overwhelming the viewer.
The process began with organizing content and creating a storyboard for the video. Motion graphics were designed in After Effects using typography, icons, and animated overlays. Smooth transitions, timing, and visual hierarchy were carefully crafted to guide the viewer through each segment of the information.
The final deliverable is a polished infographic video that communicates key insights about New Zealand, including geography, biodiversity, and tourism statistics. The project demonstrates strong motion design skills, storytelling ability, and effective use of visual communication.
